    Red Tobacco really smells as it looks first time I tried it, it was so wired and super strong like fire all the notes were fighting! But when they all settle down it’s just magic. The following day I had to get it. Now I love the opening.

      Yess, very strong opening and it smells like a bunch of notes were throw in together but as it's sits on my skin it transforms into the most beautiful sweet spicy tobacco scent ❤ I am in love with it and it's so potent

    Even compared to my Initios and other niche perfumes, Red Tobacco is my favorite, and the only cologne I have a backup for. I saw that you really liked Majd Al Sultan and blind ordered it. I can’t wait to smell it.

      Yes, Red Tobacco is such a beautiful fragrance. Let me know how you feel about Majd al Sultan, it doesn't have the performance of Mancera fragrances but for such an affordable price it smells so unique. Thank you for watching 🌟

      @@AFragrantGlance I got my Majd Al Sultan a couple of days ago and I absolutely love it. My wife unfortunately doesn’t like most of my perfumes but really enjoys this one. There is some kind of a beautiful caramel kind of smell it has not listed in the notes. Maybe the resins, I don’t know. But thank you for bringing this gem to our attention.

      @@AFragrantGlance - I've worn Sultan Noir for a few days and I wanted to get back to you on it. When wearing it I do get some hint of apple but it's not strong. The vanilla, amber, and cinnamon is what i get more of. I was hoping for a little more of a strong incense and starwood, because right now I don't find it all that dark (Noir). Don't get me wrong it is good, but I was leaning with this as being slightly more feminine vs. masculine. Maybe on a woman's skin it goes slightly more dark, as for mine it almost felt slightly more sweet. Anyway, just wanted to give you an update. By the way, Majd Al Sultan is very good, I find myself reaching for that one again and again. Take care!

    Good day, Loredana. Thank you for much awaited presentation. Today I heard a You Tube Reviewer refer to an animalic fragrance, not very aoud perhaps, yet I thought it was intriguing: parfum created by Francis Kurkdjian, Oud pour le Soir. Perhaps a decant you may try. I wish to add my Sultan Noir is so pretty and chocolate powdery with smoke. I cheated by wearing half of Musc Mysyerieux by Mugler and Half Sultan Noir (half body 1 and half body the other), plus your adored Nina Ricci Rose Absolut on my hands. :) I wanted to smell myself all the time. :)) Thank you for sharing your finds. I wish to learn more of Santal Royal since I believe Guerlain is so special. I have added a few male-marketed Parfums to my wardrobe. A little decant of Safari Extreme limited edition and a decant of FDB Sahraa. Fragrances such as these make me feel protected and grounded and I wear during hikes :) 😃 but they are just deeply scented for me. Ciao!

      @AFragrantGlance  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi dear Alma! ❤ I love a good hike as well. You gave me a great layering idea, I never thought about layering Sultan Noir with Musc Mysterieux but I have to try this combo and update you🎊 Oud pour le soir sounds very intriguing, never heard of it but I will look it up. I have to test Santal Royal a bit more but so far this fragrance really impressed me, I love smoke in fragrances and this one has a very realistic ciggar like smoke nuance that I love. Enjoy your new fragrances dear and thank you for watching 🤗

      @AFragrantGlance  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've seen it online but I never had the chance to try it! I love a good oud leather combo, I might look for a decant of it. Do you think it's unisex or does it lean more masculine? As a referance I absolutely love Shaghaf Oud Aswad by SA. Thank you for watching ❤

    • @avocadogreen9768
      @avocadogreen9768 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's 1000 % masculine haha I bought it too, hoped for a beautiful Arabic scent but I got disappointed.
      This Parfum is sooo smoky, it's like you smoke a cigarette, like Marlboro or so, while sitting on a leather couch wearing a leather jacket, in a hospital 😂 it smells medicinal too, and no sweetness at all.
      I sold it directly in ebay, I like strong fragrances for winter, but that fragrance was too much.
      But if you like extremely smoky fragrances with leather it's maybe something for you.
      But keep in mind it's ultra masculine.

      @@AFragrantGlance it is a bit masculine, but you can layer it with Shaghaf oud aswad to give it some sweetness (I have Shaghaf oud aswad as well). Attar Al Ghutra can be quite smoky but with the leather and the raspberry notes, it’s still very nice and elegant to my nose. I also love Shaghaf oud aswad and bought it based on your review :).

    • @avocadogreen9768
      @avocadogreen9768 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hahaha I am sorry akhi 😂 but that's what I remember, super masculine, extremely smoky, not like cigare, like real cigarettes 😂 so brutally smoky, like if you smoking a cigarette, leather too and medicinal. No sweetness at all, I think that was the 2019 batch, maybe it's reformulated now. But i guess you love smoky scents brother that's why you could handle it haha. Rasasi shuhrah (the old formula) got 3 bottles of that, I wear it maybe 4 times a year, that's a smoky scent that I can wear because it has some sweetness to it. But attar al ghutra ya latif, i looked at the bottle and I got scared 😂 I couldn't handle it. But another scent that is smoky is Rasasi la yuqawam, smoky and leather but with a lot of raspberry, I like to wear this one, I think women prefer this over the attar al ghutra because it's sweeter and not extreeeemely masculine like al ghutra.

      Even with maceration it's not a beast mode fragrance, the performance is on the softer side but on you it might last better, I would feel the need to reapply it every 4-5 h but considering the price and how unique it smells for the price it has, I don't mind it (as I reference I bought it for max 15 euros).

    Thanks you for your videos. Would you be interested in listing some mens fragrances that you find appealing? I trust the nose of a beautiful woman over my nose any day. Thank you.

      Thank you for watching!❤ If you are looking for a casual everyday scent, that smells masculine I would suggest Khaltaat al Arabia Silver by Lattafa or Ameer al Arab by Asdaaf, if you want something unique then Majd al Sultan by Asdaaf, Qaa'ed by Lattafa, Majd by Asdaaf (if you want a strong leather based scent), something that smells opulent - Incense Wood by Ajmal, Oud Aswad by Swiss Arabian, Santal Royale by Guerlain, but there are so many other beautiful fragrances, it all comes down to what you enjoy in general & what you are looking to add to your collection 🌟

    You mention lately that some Lattafa’s seem to be less strong than they were two or three years ago. Could it be they just need some time and use? Have you ever noticed a perfume that gotten stronger after a few weeks of use and a few ml had been sprayed?
    Just wondering!

      That's a great question 🤔 I've noticed some Lattafa fragrances get more rich and nuanced as the time went by but not necessarily stronger. But who knows, either my definition of "strong fragrances" changed throughout the years, either some of their fragrances are more dilluted now either they just need time 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
