It’s all a mind set. Prepare well in advance. Sit on a birthing ball, do chiropractic care, pelvic floor physical therapy, affirmations, hire a doula, and check out hypnobirthing. When you are relaxed, your body produces natural endorphins stronger than morphine. I had a home birth for my first baby and he was breeched. It was intense in the beginning, but once my body relaxed it’s like my body took over and I couldn’t feel anything else.

I would have gotten flagged by TH-cam and also, I myself, am just not comfortable with exposing myself like that for thousands to see lol. Which is why I waited to show some clips once I turned over on my back. I will talk a lot more about this in my birth story video coming soon! 🫶🏾
