Unfortunately, facts disagree with this man.
In the recent confrontation at Ladakh, 17 Indian soldiers died because they were abandoned. They died from a combination of subzero temperature and injuries. This is clear indication of military and logistic incompetence. This isn't even a war zone, that was only a group fight with fists and iron bars, yet 17 Indian soldiers died from the environment. Chinese soldiers were not even messing with Indian rescue teams...
Seems like India only cares about sending troops up, no one cares if they can make it back alive.

The last Ottoman army to invade Europe, stopped by Croatia/Hungary (Szigetvar), no surrender. One of biggest armies of Europe in 90's, smashed in Croatia, no need for surrender. @@TheKres7787 Cool. But those are all defensive engagements. Power projection from Croatia to the Himalayas is very difficult and requires a massive logistical train. Croatian forces would only serve at the pleasure of allied naval transport fleets.
For what it's worth I don't think there's going to be a war over this. The regions in question are important to national ego but not *that* important for military or economic control. For the geopolitical risk it involves, China would rather go after Taiwan and India would go after Punjab first.

But man again, I hope for peace. I'm an army reservist. Certainly got better things to do then wage war. I just say I am convinced of a war pending just by looking at the history. CCP is being expansionist, and West never refused a war (pretty expansionist and aggressive as well), so I don't see how we can avoid it. Attacking India will easily be used as an excuse to do a war with China. We'd all burn but I have no doubts that neither of us would back down.
When I visited Leh back in 2018 I was blown away with the level of security protocols they had in place to board the planes. I think I counted 8 times that my passport & ticket was checked from before we entered the airport parking lot until we boarded the plane! #LoveToIndia 🇺🇸❤️🇮🇳

But the fact remains this, China has far more to lose than India if it escalates now and its military isnt confident to take on India and neither is India's military confident enough to take on China's.
