I’m getting mines delivered on Tuesday and man I really loved watching this review. I love that fact that the speakers are surround sound too. Very loud speaker.
The mk5 is not a rebadged BMW Z4. While developing the Supra, Toyota did extensive reliability and durability test on every BMW nut and bolt on the B58 motor and suspension components found on M-Cars. After full failure analysis on any component that did not meet Toyota’s reliability standards, these parts were sent back to BMW for revision until the part met Toyota quality and reliability standards.
BMW has higher standards than Toyota; you make these comment as your idea - not fact. Example; Japan has nothing like BMW M5CS or even AMG & Porsche standards. Funny when Toyota fan try to show Japanese as better technology or design. It’s comedy 🤣

Do you have wind buffeting devices on your mirrors to stop the sound? I noticed at the end I could see something next to the mirror? how have you found the noise when the windows are open?
I like them but not sure if the black lols good with the background you have. Need a nicer background to match the car. The boonies is not a good choice. But ok video nonetheless.
haven't been able to find a dealership that'll let me test drive probably because I'm 20 but I've put a deposit down for the manual 2023 supra, super stoked to get it, no idea when the dealership will actually get them tho

It’s not insult, but rather complimemt that this car is BMW. European engineering has always been more advanced than Japan. You must consider Germany is with 80 M people & Japan have far more at 120 M. It will be fair to include Italy & Germany as closer comparison for EUROPEAN technology & engineering power & then Japan. Now look at design & accomplishments for my European people: Ferrari, Porsche, Benz, Audi, Lambo, BMW, etc. Also with machinery & other design; we are stronger than Japan - they copy and we innovate. Glad you can enjoy our technology, whether you are in Africa or Asia … I don’t know.
You can love the GR Supra until they start to give you problems and is ironic how many users says the Supra have good reliability with only a few years but with more time everyone going to regreat having this BMW the time going to give me the reason.The new Supra is just a aberration 😂

@@illuminaughty2929 if Toyota do that on internal components then the technician of Toyota lose the time...the problem with the B58 is not the internal or suspension...The big problem is the electric failure,oil consumption issues,too much plastic in the externals that why long term reliability is not trustworthy.Other issues with selenoids, engine gaskets,oil filter,spark plugs that last short time,coolant leaks make the B58 very expensive on maintenance.Is a 95% BMW after all 🤢
It’s a sports car. Sports cars cost money to maintain and yes they go wrong and you have to pay out on repairs. See if owning a super car at 3x or more the cost is any better. No, likely much worse. Please tell me if there’s a sports car you know of that doesn’t go wrong and cost money in repairs. If you want reliability go buy a 90s civic beater. Aftermarket support for these cars is already good and should only get better with time. I also personally love how many people hate on these. The same happened with the Alfa 4c. Now you can’t buy them anymore all of a sudden they go up in price and people want them.

This was a tester so I'm not 100% certain, however I think it may have been, because I had zero buffeting issues.
