I should probably be posting this on the discord, but I assume that Luke Cage doesn't force previously stolen power back -- only recovering lost energy; you just can't lose and they can't gain more energy after Cage has dropped.
I JUST got US Agent... but I'm still happy he got nerfed a little. He was out of control. Excited to try out this Hela change. Hopefully its more fun to play :D
Cass and sable both say steal. I think its fine since it steals from the deck and not the board. Luke cafe should just restore power once the affected card is played
