I've been getting a lot of the same questions, so I'll respond here;
--How long did it take to do it?
I'm not sure since I'm filming while doing it, but definitely plan a couple of hours!
--Where did you buy your shirt and/or embroidery hoop?
I already had it, so I don't know. But try Walmart, craft stores, thrift store, Ebay, Amazon..
--What's the type of shirt you used?
A men's cotton crewneck t-shirt
--What size is the needle?
I really don't know, sorry!! But it's pretty small
--Can I buy a shirt from you?
I would, but I just don't know how I would proceed.. Maybe in the near future!

-You don't Understand- cool settings, I think it would be better to hand wash though. and careful with dryers , can shrink.

A couple of tips for embroidering (for everyone) -
If you want a thinner line or smoother blending, split the threads. Embroidery floss comes wound as six separate strings that aren't tied together - splitting them makes embroidery a bit easier - most don't use more than two strands at a time, but patches are a pretty odd exception. Do it how you like!
Check how thick your embroidery needle is before sewing - if you're a bit worried about making mistakes, or wish to have smaller, less-noticeable holes in case you do, use a thinner needle.
If you're using an embroidery hoop, and plan on putting your work down for an extended period of time, loosen, or even remove your work from the hoop. Never leave work on a hoop for more than a couple of hours, especially with thin fabrics like t-shirt cotton - that'll stretch and warp the fabric.

Super neat! But on such thin fabrics, you should probably sew through some sort of stabilising fabric on the inside as well. That way it'll hold up much better.

I've already completed the outside outlining using the same print! It was quite easy though time consuming. I've never embroidered before! I'm doing the colors rn but thanks for the tutorial!💕

you can always restart!! just carefully cut the thread and start over. You could also do the embroidery on a separate piece of fabric (I showed this method in my latest video)

kajsa majsa Thank you so much!!! It will work on jean but it is definately harder to pass the thread through! An embroidery hoop is not necessary, but definately makes the job easier, especially on a light material like coton. But if you are thinking of doing it on jean it's really not that necessary.
