Hello :D. Does the single tea style mean that we should use only one tea style (like Keemun) or should only use (e.g.) black teas?
(And thank you for the information and your videos! ^^)

It’s really up to you and how precise you want to be. We usually dedicate one pot to a specific tea style (ie. black tea), but it’s also helpful to think about flavor profiles. For example, if you had 1 delicate black tea, 1 smoky black tea, and 1 smoky oolong, you might brew the 2 smoky teas in the same pot (even though they’re different styles) while brewing the delicate tea in a separate pot (even though it’s also a black tea). The idea is to avoid contaminating flavor profiles.

I've been using my little Yixing teapots for well over 20 plus years and what I love most about them is the unique build up of patina as they age and their ability to absorb the flavor of the tea. Drinking my morning tea is a spiritual time for me and I'm glad Red Blossom and Alice have been part of my continued journey. 💮🫖

I passed this video along to my brother who bought a Yixing tea set in the tea district of Chengdu when were were visiting there several years back. Very expensive stuff, but well worth the price. Thank you Alice for everything you do!
