Lots of dairy products are unhealthy as they often contain a lot of sweeteners including refined white sugar which is very bad for the body eg yogurts, ice-cream, desserts, milkshakes, custards etc. By not buying these dairy products I have reduced the amount of unhealthy sugar that was in my diet too. I have also reduced sugar. I have banned refined white sugar from my kitchen, I never use it or add it to my foods. I use unrefined natural sugar if I need a sweetener eg organic coconut sugar, fruit or a little honey. I do not buy foods that have sugar as the first/main ingredient. I love cheese so much it's hard to cut it out of my diet so i allowed myself to have cheese once a week, and now I'm cutting it out for 30 days to see if I can live without cheese. 😂 What are some dairy free options to cure your dairy cravings. Lol
I think it's important to acknowledge that this is a lactose intolerant individual. New studies show that dairy, the right kind, is good for you and doesn't raise your cholesterol.. With that said, I don't do well with dairy, this is my body and it doesn't mean that dairy won't be beneficial for others. I can, however, eat fermented dairy, kefir and buttermilk along with sheep and goat cheeses. It's also important to understand that the Blue Zone Sardinians who routinely live to over 100 get 25 to 40% of their diet from dairy. So, while drinking milk may not be good for you and certainly eating processed cheeses is bad there are healthy dairy products you can eat. The mistake is to think because cow's milk is difficult for you that doesn't mean other dairy products are as well. Like all things it's the quality of the food.
i also feel like fermented milk is good. i have issues with some dairy products (especially raw milk) but kefir so far doesn't give me major digestive symptoms …… idk if i should quit all together …
Let me get this straight, you were in COLLEGE before you knew that sour cream, ice cream, and yogurt were dairy?!!! Good lord, did you ever go to a grocery store and note that all these products were in the dairy section? Or, for that matter, read the label of foods you ate?

Probably because dairy is actually addictive due to the casomorphines.
@@Lieutenant-Dan good Lord, talk about learning something new everyday. If I had not read that right at this minute, I never would have known. …Thank You
@@Lieutenant-Dan just a thought, if you have any information on type 2 diabetes, androgen deficiency and ED not rectified by reandron shots, prostaglandin shots and failure of Cialis after ten years, I would love to hear it. Thanks again…..Michael
Our foods are calcium-depleted in the soil because our soil is depleted, so you are probably running into a lack of calcium and possibly vitamin D if you’re not getting enough sunlight
Tq share this experience ❤, dairy also bad for PBH prostate enlarged
Love your videos man.

Excellent information, and nicely presented. Good job 👍
Dude, cheese is concentrated milk, so what are you talking about “I haven’t had a single drop of milk?” All dairy comes from milk.
Cheese is fermented
thanks for sharing your experience
I love cheese so much it's hard to cut it out of my diet so i allowed myself to have cheese once a week, and now I'm cutting it out for 30 days to see if I can live without cheese. 😂 What are some dairy free options to cure your dairy cravings. Lol
There are dairy-free cheese options available. I’ve tried the mozzarella from the brand Daiya and they are pretty good.
@@angelly3851 I've had that brand cheese before but it's not the same. 😞
Thanks bro ❤👊🏾
I was drinking 4 gallons a weeks ...
😮 I learned a lot thanks
Thank YOU so much
Great video
The cat person in me is distracted by the cat giving itself a bath in the background. 😂
Can you drink whey protein if you are on a dairy free diet?
I'm wondering this
I think there's dairy free whey, but you have to check the label.
No you can't eat whey protein, instead opt for plant based protein powder
There were times we were given chocolate tea *with* dairy milk at school.

What should you substitute for bone health if you are cutting dairy
Red meat.
@@rlane1lsu you either trolling or misinformed
@@jonboll2066 Neither :)
It's questionable whether dairy is even good for bone health at all. Just eat a good variety of whole foods and do resistance training.
Dairy actually leeches Ca out of your bones, everything they told us was a lie.
I stop drinking milk forgood
All I can watch is the cat in the background.
cat is cute
The got milk campaign has always pissed me off. Smh.
You have very nice Hair bro 💇
Yh I’ve quite milk too.. been about 3 weeks and I definitely see results especially regarding my skin.

Please, feel free not to be 'politically correct'. Mums nurse babies. Biological females produce milk. Let's not take part in this craziness...
Transgender men also nurse babies and produce milk. Don’t be mean, be nice 😊
Let me get this straight, you were in COLLEGE before you knew that sour cream, ice cream, and yogurt were dairy?!!! Good lord, did you ever go to a grocery store and note that all these products were in the dairy section? Or, for that matter, read the label of foods you ate?
👊🏽
Raw dairy
You are God.
You didn't know cheese was dairy? 😂
