Cindy Yan Hi Cindy, unfortunately it isn’t marked on my ball, the best I can say is it’s about a medium size compared to what is being sold out there by numerous sellers. I recommend the medium size I think about 19-22cm quite squishy balls by Balanced Body. 🌸🌸

Wendy Gibson Hi Wendy, thanks for writing in. Is your spondylolithesis in your lumbar spine ? I’m not sure I have one workout start to finish that would be appropriate but to give you individual exercises on the Reformer I would say “reverse abdominals” this is more advanced and you don’t need to use more than a blue spring. ALSO I would keep your knees bent and just curl your knees to your shoulders as you lie on your back supporting your head with your hands. I would avoid extension & twisting. The bridge, hips up, legs pushing in and out on the footbar would be good too, but you must make sure at the top of your bridge you aren’t arching the back, tuck your tail & pull your pubic bone towards you, soften your ribs down. Jacinta Brown Hi Jacinta 🤗When your legs are in the straps and you are doing reverse abdominals, absolutely a yellow is totally appropriate, as well as when you are lying sideways on the Reformer with legs in straps you could take it to a yellow. For the other exercises you need more weight as it acts more as an assistance and a yellow would be much much harder. Adjust for what feels right for you.
