    Most excellent workouts. Thank you for sharing them. I’ve always been fascinated by Joseph Pilates and his incredible brilliance and how well his exercises work for and assist in preventing injuries. I’m a physical therapist by profession and just love your videos. I live in San Antonio, Texas; if I wanted to become certified to teach Pilates to my patients, where would u recommend would be the best place to become certified.

      I've trained with a number of schools. For me, STOTT PILATES was the best fit. Good Pilates Teacher Training Programs require many hours of practice teaching, observation, and in class hours. Usually a combination of about 200 plus hours of in-class time and then added practice hours. STOTT PILATES has their own certification exam, but many others are associated with Pilates Method Alliance, which is an accredited certification organization that sanctions schools. Do your research and make sure that you are getting quality instructor training. Learning the Pilates method takes time to do right, but it's totally worth the effort. Hope that helps. Good luck!
