We all want to know what battery system we need to live self sufficiently off the grid whilst travelling this amazing country... Well I can help with that because I spend a lot of time living out of mine and I'll use more than you. Well, unless you're travelling with a wife and kids then you will need at least... just watch this and it will help. This is the lithium power set I have and the solar set up to feed it.

I’ve got the same setup in my vehicle and had it run seamlessly for 3 years. I’ve hooked it up to a permanent solar panel on the roof, and along with the cars alternator, I never have to worry about charge. You can even plug into a caravan parks charge point and bypass the battery through the 2000 w inverter to run multiple appliances. The fridge runs 24/7 and I can’t recommend Enerdrive highly enough. Expensive but totally reliable 👏

Well Nath what a good mate you have in Nigel we found this very interesting all we need here in the UK is more sun! BUT in the meantime as you know we like to keep up, so I have come up with my own device! I found an old cycle dynamo so propped the bike up and got Cheryl in the saddle, her exercise bike has gone, I keep her well watered and you will be a amazed what I am running off the dynamo!! A bit busy now taking the alternator off the neighbours car to run....look out Cheryl she will be as fit as a butchers whippet....Thanks as always. The Wild Screechers! 😎 PS. Hi Mel👍

Good set up. Best i have got was 18amp from the Atem 300w solar blanket running through a 40amp MPPT solar controller. Beautiful spot mate. 🍺❤️🇦🇺👍

11 amps out of a 180w panel is Next Level.
I have 300w and best I’ve seen is 12 amps. 😬😬
