Great video! Perhaps a video on some favorite tools for the various stages? Mover, Data Migration Assistant, CodeTwo might be interesting?

Hi Robert. Great suggestion! I've got something in the works for that already too!

Hey, great content! Thank you so much for sharing. I was wondering in which of the phases in your scenario the RFI / RFP fits in? Simply as part of the idea phase I assume? Also in this scenario, the pre-sales team would stay with the project till the kickoff phase and everything is agreed on with the customer? Cheers!

Thanks Tobias. That is actually a great question - I can totally see how that would fit into the idea phase although I think it depends a little on the solution and the customer. More than likely, if I had to fit the RFx into a phase, I would say it somewhere between the presales and the scoping exercise. Pre-sales generally stick around till the project kick-off, although, it depends on how invested they are in a working solution. Personally, if I took it on as pre-sales, I'd want to see the correct solution delivered.

Would love to see the tools we could use for these projects Project costing , design, documentation , Sla etc. Not sure what all you could use a ref. Though. Thanks in advance

Awesome video. It would be better if you film real presales process, design process of a real project. It would be fun to watch and learn :)
    Hope you consider my request.
    Thank you

Great idea. I have thought of doing this before but can be a bit tricky as customers are not always comfortable with it. Will definitely keep it in mind though.

@@CloudContext Thank you. What you can do is to take a dummy customer scenario and try solving it.
