What steps should I follow to become a consultant at Cloud Context😁? Currently working as a support engineer in an internal IT hybrid environment.

Cool video, I wish I could work on this Intune stuff. How do you transition out of 2nd line/helpdesk into this kind of work?

Hi Mate, David here - I would start by building a lab at home. Setup a Domain Controller, DHCP/DNS etc and then get a trial of System Center installed. From there, enable Co-Management and bolt a test M365 tenancy (with Intune licensing) to it and test away. Consider how businesses can add value to their SOE/Imaging requirements using these tools, and upskill in that area. I've seen many engineers focus on SCCM reporting and becoming experts in just that - not realizing that reporting is niche and in most instances, low value compared to traditional Application Packaging, SOE Task Sequence creation etc.
