last week we saw some super cool Cloth Pennant Banners with Difrent states on the front and we thought it would be fun to DIY some banner! so Follow along as we have fun making a wall hanging banner for under $15!

- wooden pulls
- hard felt
- Scissors
- saw/ knife & sandpaper (it'll make sense in the video lol)
