    Hi Lisa, all the best for 2025, how can I make them peanut butter flavor? Just add Peanut butter & if so how much would you add? Also just to inform you I rolled our caravan in the Never Never Land NT 40K's before Elliott in September sad, but we are both alive thanks to my driving lol. But the car & van are written off along side was my Thermy aka Elfie have to wait to get another one

      Oh my goodness!! I am so sorry to hear about your car and van but I am so happy to hear you are OK- what a scary experience 😢I would add just a teaspoon at the stage if adding the nuts and see what that flavour is like.

    tried it, my almonds stuck solid in the bowl, had to use a knife to get them out!!! I think maybe i didnt leave the almonds long enough to cool down after roasting ;-/

      I have only just seen your comment. If the caramel is left for anytime before adding the nuts it can set. I would suggest adding just a tiny bit if extra water (maybe 5g) with the sugar step and see how that goes.
