We are the couple who were looking at the DRV Houston. By hiring Blue Ox, they saved us from a potential bottomless pit of money. Once we got the full report we ran, not walked, away from this unit. Probably...between you and I, a box is a box. Don't fall for the glitters or impressions.
Go for the floorplan and get yourself a good inspection team to go through it. They are all questionable 😉
