Oskar Jansson. My role model. My educator. My golden ticket to going pro. How do I know if I have an ego? I believe I am better than everyone else on the team but I still give a one hundred percent and often compete with teammates and hang out with them. I feel like they aren't willing to give as much as me even though I joined this club maybe a few weeks ago. The teammates here often leave me as an outsider, and the coach is experienced but can't see that I'm the only one doing the proper stuff. I try to play like a team but my teammates won't listen to my communication and the coach just takes me out because I'm the only one going out and doing what is needed. It makes me look like an outsider and not in a good way. It makes me look like I'm not fit for the team
Thank you for the kind words ❤️ I believe it’s a balancing act which to nail down is definitely easier said than done. I always believe confidence is one of the keys to success, and coupled with hard work and the humble realization that you can always learn more, you have already put yourself in a good position. Since you’re new to this team, try to be patient and see if things change. Sometimes it takes time for things to click into place, but try to be open to your current situation with your teammates and coaches for now and keep giving your best.
Hey man hope you are doing good, So i just wanted to tell you my story.I started playing football at age of 13 in covid lockdown.I couldn't go outside so i just practiced on the rooftop of my building. I taught myself how to juggle, dribble through TH-cam videos and I got really good at it , after 2 years of training by myself, I started playing with other kids and i beat them easily cuz they didn't took football seriously like I did but then i started playing with better and older players sometime and i lost to them then I realised that my effort wasn't enough so i shifted back to my hometown and here there are many good players who play at semi pro and pro level, whenever I play with them i always lose the ball, make mistakes and as a result no one respects me but still i always go there to show that I am still in the fight, but i always play scared in the match and can't make decisions quickly , if there's ANYTHING that you think would help , pls share it but I am not running away from them i will still go there and compete there anyway.
Hi , I hope you doing well( sorry my English is not very well) just don’t be sad about losing ball Go and search about how you can solve this problem , and after you find that , just practice , just practice Every great player ( even Ronaldo , Messi ,they had this problem with older player , but they tried) Just think about how you can make it better
Making mistakes is fine, it’s a great part of the process to becoming better. Maybe try to make decisions on what you will do with the ball, before it comes to your feet. Try to scan and analyze, as it will too also help you keep more composure knowing there is an option or where there isn’t. Hope that helps a bit
Yo Oskar , great video as always but i actually in a different situation rn . I am currently in high school in a bit of a remote area . we go for our school and local championship twice a year . but we don't have a traditional club and it just me and my friends . we regularly practice on our own but I fear that less in-match practice is holding me back and I don't have a option other than going to a different school . can you please give me an opinion on this ?
Hi mate! Sorry for the late response. If you don’t have another option, you’ll have to make the best out of your current situation that’s in your control. I know it may suck right now, but if you keep at it, opportunities will show up along the way. Just need to be patient and take those opportunities when they finally arrive
I have never tried it personally to be fair so can’t really give you my opinion on it. I think it’s one of those things you have to test out and find out for yourself!
I'm A VERY good winger, and I am even faster than A lot of kids older than me, but I am also very aggressive with A slide tackle so I don't know what to do, my coach puts me in on CB sometimes and I do fine, but I wish he would give me A chance on the wing. What should I do?
What is the reason he puts you in CB? Have you asked him? He might think that you do better there than on the wing. Speak to him and ask if you can try to play on the wing and see what he says. If he says yes, great! If he says no, ask him why and he might give you a couple of things you can consider
Thanks I will do this, I think it's because we have to many wingers on our team, so even if he wanted to play me on the wing he would not be able to cause we dont have any proper center backs. Thanks for the help.@@OJFootballX
@masterraccoon2883 Enough toxicity mate, who hurt you? He said why he's good - a winger needs to be able to outrun defenders (speed). Sure, that's not the only component, but it's still a start. I'm sure their also good at shooting with power, considering CBs need to clear really far. Accuracy is something that can very easily be practiced and trained.
That’s something we have to keep working towards because most of us have been taught that mistakes are bad all our lives and it’s not easy to switch that mindset
Hello Oskar, school has just started in my country and it’s draining my energy. That’s most likely due to them decreasing the free-time we get, and the fact this is my first week. Is there any help you can give me?
If you haven’t already, watch my “How to BALANCE Football & Life”-video and see if you can take anything away from that. If you still need some assistance, let’s see if I can help you further
Thanks mate! ❤️ It totally depends on your current level and how much work you’re willing to put in! Of course it’s harder the later you start, but it’s not impossible
Yo, I have a question, I haven't really gotten into football up until about 1 year ago (i'm 13), and I don't really have much support on my road, pretty much just me. And I don't really know how to advance my game since I don't have any pitches near me, and I can't train often. But I do wanna play football professionally, do you have any idea on what I could do?
@masterraccoon2883 I could join potentially join a team, but like I said, parents wouldn't really do much to help. If i'm being honest I think i exaggerated to much, i can play a little with my friends at school, but not a full game obviously. usually 2v2s. But nah, no pitches near me. If training in my house was an option, I would, but i live in a complex w/neighbors and that. But for the most part, you're right.
Give some constructive criticism. Some places don't have widely available pitches, like Egypt, the place Salah came from. They're asking for help on what they can do to train without that stuff, try answering the question constructively. Answering the original question: Practicing dribbling is easy, set up some cones or any random object and try to dribble around them. Practicing shooting isn't as easy - but if you have a solid wall you can practice your shot power and if you're allowed use some chalk to make a box which can act as a net. Passing is easy, pass the ball at a wall.
Hi there! Very soon I will release a video on 17 different ways that you can go pro, and there will be a couple of examples of African players who have done just that and how they did it so stay tuned!
Hi! If that’s something you want to change, it’s definitely possible. Everyone has different body types though and some people are just more naturally skinny while some people just have a tendency to put on more fat. However, if you’re consuming a slight calorie deficit (less calories than you burn in a day), over time you will naturally start to lose fat. Couple that with some strength training so you don’t lose muscle at the same time.
I’ve always enjoyed creating videos, and last year I decided I wanted to try TH-cam. I also enjoy helping you and other ballers around the world as best as I can
There isn’t really one diet that fits everyone. As long as you eat the right amounts of carbs, fats, proteins and micronutrients you’re fine. Just make sure it’s through quality foods and then you can really adapt it as you want, with whatever foods you like 🥗
Thank you for letting everyone be aware of what to do or not to do in order to go pro, I appreciate it.

Second comment answered it nicely. Focus on what you can do instead of what you can’t and then do that to the best of your ability.
