Ingredients:
puff pastry: 400 g (14 oz)
apple jam: 100 g (3.5 oz)
strawberries: 6 pc
sugar: 15 g (0.5 oz)
The drink:
instant coffee: 10 g (0.4 oz)
sugar: 8 g (0.3 oz)
cocoa: 6 g (0.2 oz)
hot water: 60 ml (2 fl oz)
whipping cream: 25 ml (0.8 fl oz)
condensed milk: 10 g (0.4 oz)
honey: 5 g (0.2 oz)
mascarpone: 15 g (0.5 oz)
milk: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
sponge fingers: 1 pc

Why say just pastry and strawberries for a desert in five minutes, when the video is over eight minutes long and there is a list of four ingredients ?!!

Inasekombius - are you perhaps replying to another comment, because your reply is not relevant to my comment! The video is not in slow motion and is very clear, but the title is misleading, as the recipe has more than two ingredients and takes a lot longer than five minutes to prepare.

TBF, that pastry dessert only had 3 ingredients.
The pastry, the apple jam and the strawberries...4 if you count the sugar, but watching this very simple recipe was like watching paint dry.
Plus I'm not sure what that second dessert was all about.
This is always SLOW...who wants to watch every single thing sliced or cut or grated, we get the idea.
AND it takes 20mins to cook!

The problem is that this is a very laborious video.
The description of the video puts a lot of people's backs up in the first place as it's not just two ingredients and does not take just five minutes to make the dessert.
The video is very stressful to watch as it's like wading through mud. Cooking is about experience but cutting the edges of the pastry before using a cutter to cut it into circles and then taking five minutes to do so is just pedantic.
These videos are becoming the new clickbait. They entice people in using terms like "only two ingredients",, "you'll make it every day" and "only five minutes"" and they just lie to get people to watch the videos and get paid by TH-cam.
