warm milk: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
Nutella: 25 g (0.9 oz)
ice: 50 g (1.8 oz)
coffee: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
milk: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
yolk: 2 pc
sugar: 50 g (1.8 oz)
starch: 100 g (3.5 oz)
milk: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
whipping cream: 500 ml (17 fl oz)
Nutella: 100 g (3.5 oz)

This may be French or not I don’t know, I have never seen these in a French bakery. But what is not tolerable are the nasty comments some people make about this recipe. You may not like it but at least you could respect the person who took time and effort to make it.

Is is necessary to have to painfully watch each n every pan mould buttered it so dragged out.
That’s this channel’s schtick. Each video runs about 8 minutes. They can demonstrate the recipe in about 5-6 minutes. The clickbait is almost more infuriating. ‘I make this several times a week’. ‘These sell 1,000 a day’. ‘This is France’s favorite dessert’ (they’ve said this about several recipes 🙄); etc.
I just fastforward the repetitive parts I don’t want to sit through. Easy peasy 😊. I even rewind sometimes, because I’m Autistic and get distracted easily. Sometimes it’s a nuisance but I get by.
These videos are deliberately slow , for people who use them for relaxation. Jack up the speed to 1.5 or 1.75 and it becomes watchable

The Nutella part was good however it reminded me i need to go get a colonoscopy.
Bottom of the pastry cups was uncooked. Needed to be upturned and returned to oven so it crisps up. Bit amateurish.

Love the recipes but so much time wasted with the dramatics. Just do the same as if you were just making them, just because!! The rest s l o w movements and showing how to butter all of the pan is not necessary
This is just plain weird. A nutella based drink and a nutella creme patissere together? 1000 pieces? Come on. Is this a trial ballon for a Mc D dessert? And by the way, your creme anglaise is lumpy - mix the sugar and starch thoroughly together before adding any wet ingredients to prevent this.
