Unmasking Ancient Treasures while metal detecting The search for the long-lost artifact

Last week a friend showed me his native American rock collection he found in town and inspired to go search for a rock I seen in my past, it was around 15 years ago while metal detecting I came across a cool rock and forgot about until he showed me his collection. The stone I found is some type of tool for cruising and grinding, this might be old or modern and I think it's really cool. I Need help with the Stone Artifacts Identification if anyone can help.
