You need to put up some fencing if you don’t want wild life in your garden. So very strong Fencing.
Please be VERY careful when letting the cat play outside!!! Eagles can snatch in an instant, and there are many smaller yet just as fierce creatures that will attack if for no other reason than eliminating the competition for scarce resources. Also the baby moose NEED a 50ft or more when observing from outside. You got lucky! Take it from a born and raised Alaskan, and don’t get comfortable with the wildlife to the point of loosing vigilance.
Saying this only because I want you to stay safe while showing the beautiful Alaska I miss so much (current stuck in NC).
@@AprilMoonGlow thank you! Yes, we were definitely more than 50 ft. away and dashed inside as soon as it got closer.:) The layout of where we were behind our house in relation to the back door was very safe. Thanks! Hopefully you can find your way back up here someday. :)
That was a great video but y'all please be careful with moose they're so dangerous I've watched the other alaskans they're not telling no story I've seen some bad things so please be safe and have your gun on you
@@RobinJones-ow9oz yes, thank you! We’ve heard some awful stories as well! We definitely are trying to be aware and alert at all times. It’s a little hard to see the layout of our house in the video, but we were at a very safe spot. :)
