  • EASY DIY SATIN HEAD SCARF\\ DOEK ||SATIN HEADWRAP
    This Tutorial we will be making a very easy satin headscarf or satin doek or satin head wrap. This tutorial was inspired by one lady on Instagram @sinovuyomondliwa and @lovekinks_za. One of my friends saw it and liked it and asked me to make her one since she has afro hair. I hope you enjoy the easy steps of making the satin headscarf // head doek // satin headwrap.
    For this tutorial you will need:
    * 1/2 yard material
    * Scissors ✂️
    * Tape measure
    * Matching thread 🧵
    * Long or short ruler
    * Material marker

    Great video...lm learning how to sew...how did you sew in the fold. I'm failing to figure that out. Please help.

    • @itssaneD
      @itssaneD  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello MaDlamini, so I basically folded the fabric half way (which is the fold) and
      then I inserted the ties on the side pinning them with the rest of the doek then I sew along the edges. I didn’t sew on the fold.
      I hope it makes sense.
      Thank you MaDlamini for watching ( I am also a Dlamini)

    Should I get 1 or 2 meters of fabric?

    • @itssaneD
      @itssaneD  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Zoe, 1/2 meter is more than enough just make sure you cut your head ties before anything so you are generous with them. 🤗
