Hey how much amount of elastic needed

I have not used a specific size for the elastic, but you can start by measuring your head circumference and before you sew it together make a knot and try it on, even sleep for the first night with it to see if it would be fit. As if it is too tight and you will have pain.

I haven’t used a specific measurement. I left it a bit bigger and I kept adjusting while trying on my head to see how comfortable would be.
