White bass are delicious. They have a mildly sweet, delicate taste and a medium flaky texture.
I don’t think you can ever go wrong using white bass for any recipe. I’ve found them great in many south eastern dish. From soup to fry, off the grill, and bake, they’re pretty versatile.
One of the best tasting fish MN has to offer.
