Hi Jerusha, I say this with love. 💖🙏 If you don't have a lot of time to shampoo your hair, just run your hair/scalp under water/the shower head to get rid of the nasty stuff that can make your hair smell. 🚿 One can get a build up of yeast on their scalp causing eventual dandruff by not washing their hair for 2 to 3 days, especially if you've been sweating. 💖🙏

If you are ever worried about your hair (I thought it looked fine in this vlog, no issues at all) then wrap in in a scarf, like they did in the 1960s.
