I lived on the top floor of a building which was being used as a shooting gallery and I had to clean up all of the used needles, blood, shit, puke and piss on threat of eviction by the social landlord if I didn't. Those were the top two floors whilst the bottom two were used as a hangout by the local teenage gangstas and I had to clean up all of their shit too plus run the gauntlet of them trying to rob me. Had attempted home invasions whilst I was at home by people from both groups. The local police station was less than half a mile away but the call out time was five and a half hours and they would literally laugh me out of the station when I asked for help to clear the stairs of these people. When I phoned the cities media none were interested with one editor telling me "you're a single guy with no children so there's no story, nobody gives a shit." Was eventually burgled for literally everything I owned down to my clothes, food, tea, coffee and the water tank which was taken for scrap. Plus two arson attacks in thirteen days with me trapped in the burning building for forty five minutes the first time. As I said I still have nightmares about it...
This is the reason you need the death penalty for drug dealers, just look at these beautiful people wasting away because of drugs and yet nothing is being done about this issue.
