You know what this reminds me of? You remember those old Cartoon Network web games? It's like they wanted to make a full game out of one of those. Cool.
Exit 73 has done a lot of work for Cartoon Network.
Reminds me specifically of the Kids Next Door Trick or Treat game

That's the thing, the creator actually planned this to be a cartoon but it was never picked up by the cartoon exec so he shifted into a game instead!
