I don't usually comment on video's but i am impressed with this guy projects. Can't wait to do business with him in Jesus' name soon. I wanna come back home tired of America. 😊
I love you confidence. You Dey deliver normally but you see this your Videographer eh, Ehm go get estate for heaven because whatttt manner of editing is this. He knows how to pull us deep that we will stay glued to the screen. He too sabi.
Prices in Nigeria are insane. The crazy part is that you will find buyers. The houses are not really worth the price. No space, etc. However, Nigeria is a good place to make good money! One deal you could make $200,000 profit. However, be careful lagos demolish houses!
I want to disagree with you here. The problem is not the price but the continuous devaluation of the Naira. Trust me $280k is a fair price compared to houses of similar standard worldwide. And he would definitely NOT make a $200k profit.
@@lecorbusier6791 In life we must not agree on everything. The price is not about the devaluation of the naira. It's a standard price in Nigeria! Especially in Lagos. 1. You have to look at alot of things before pricing a house at $280k. 2. Trust me $280k is a fair price compared to houses of similar standard worldwide. - It's not a fair price! The risk in Nigeria is very high. Especially in Lagos (demolition of houses, etc). You can't compare Lagos to houses of similar standard worldwide. Lagos is not there yet! 3. And he would definitely NOT make a $200k profit. - I didn't explain the part with $200k. If I invest in that land. I would build something futuristic and I can sell for 2x that amount based on the Nigerian market. The house needs space and greenery. You would find such houses in Bali and Singapore. If you build one of their houses in Nigeria you would be able to make $200k profit. People are willing to pay in Nigeria.
@@lecorbusier6791 It’s Nigeria dude! You can’t compare a country like Nigeria (Lagos) to SA! The risk of demolition and a lot of other risk are in Lagos!
Book an inspection with them, or send a relative, they’ll take you round the neighborhood. I had a better view of the location when my uncle asked me to view a property with them.
Nigerians need to stop this habit of putting cinema on the top floor, it gives out your privacy. Visitors would have to see all the floors in the house to get to the cinema, It makes no sense.
The rate at which Lagos Government demolish house these days makes people very skeptical about property investments in Lagos. What's the assurance around that. Moreover, the price of this house is insanely expensive. For that price, there should be at least an elevator in the house lol. Is it an estate?
Overpriced , cramped and very dated. A couple of years from now houses with this design will be out dated as this design seems to be the trend. Our architects and developers should think outside the box. There is nothing I like more than a simple timeless design that is functional and well ventilated. Reminds me of the “ send-down-the rain” designs of years back that look so awkward now. I don’t even want to talk of the prices. For what they are charging in dollars, one will get a fully furnished property in good locations abroad that these houses can’t even qualify to serve as their maid’s quarters.

Not worth the price at all
I wish you knew how much was spent on this project...like you would have appreciated it
If this were to be in Ghana it will cost like 500k
those grasses are disgusting to say the least
You prefer ordinary cement like most Lekki mansions?
Natural grass and good landscaping, this is one thing Nigerian developers don't put in place.
@@NobleNestswhere do you know and have been in Nigeria to make such a statement, stop the ignorant talk.
You mean they need detail cleaning?
