Does 2 bore well system is enough for all homes?
Hi Prithvi, when we checked with the builder we were told that ground water is easily available through the year and is therefore not a problem for residents, 2 borewells are available now and one more can be added if necessary.
TEAM, PLEASE Make a video on Gated community Vs normal apartments. All this gated community charge extra and maintenance is extra. they charge 5rs per sq ft and it is extremely high ! Please mention all the Cons and tell how it affects. Also please talk about market value , guideline value and resale value !!!! U are reviewing only big builders apartments. These guys are paying you or pacifying you so that u give good review i guess. Mostly they are looting money 💰 only. Very very high priced . All the reviews which u did the 3bhk apartments cost almost 1 crore after all the price. is it worth 1 crore for apartments ?
Hi srini, we actually wish that builders were paying us to do good reviews for them :)) It's the exact opposite! Every review is a fight with the builder where they try to make us hide the negatives! But we do not! That's our policy. Maybe we do not cover ALL the negatives and positives in each video, but that's why we have kept this forum open, so that customers like you can add to the review and help other buyers.
You are absolutely correct in feeling that builders are looting customers by charging more. But srini that's how the market functions. If you actually have the time to spend choosing your own plot, chasing government officials like DTCP, EB, WATER, REGISTRATION and more, and if you have the time to go from shop to shop finding the right bricks, steel, cement, paint, wiring, switch points and all of that, and finally supervising the construction; then by all means build your own home. You will actually save almost 40% of the cost or more. But the truth is many people just don't have that kind of time and are busy with thier jobs and lives, so all of us, like you, have to depend on builders.
