Cars in ACE RACER are easy to get, free and fast cars are available, cars like Titan, Porsche 911, Nissan GTR are premium vehicles. As in any game, money buys speed and time. The global version has widened the gap between paid and free tools, but the Chinese version has a more balanced system. I usually play in the Chinese version. The cars and features in this video are available for free, so ACE RACER is the cheapest p2w game among racing games.

And actually in the first place this isnt even practice or ranked this is custom match cars in cn is faster compared to global but it isnt to the point where one can reach 600 km/h
500 km/h can be reached but 600 is a big no
And even if its custom where cars speed is modified this player is already good enough looking at that time 1:42 plus how he was able to control his car in that speed turning around its worth admiring
