I am impressed at the single cable holding the cage thar is designed to have four attachments bad day if the single failes if four are used its a minor inconvenience if one fails.

I get it. You can't be squeaky clean there but they didn't even care to empty their cage. One will slip on a stone one day.. it's depressing. Also, take an excavator, a shovel without teeth to not damage the tiles. Sigh.

The rigging on the basket is horrendous! If that rope Gail's, it's gone. A proper strap from each corner to the hook. That's why the basket has 4 eyes.
They should use 2 individual chains from the crane hook to the cage. So if 1 fails then the cage will still hang from the crane via the other chain. With that hobbybob steel wire they use, if it fails, the entire cage will fall. Better would be actually 4 chains, one to each corner of the cage. Also something about using certified and inspected hoisting equipment but i guess “never mind” will be easier in this case regarding that 😂. But know that you’re toying with human lives. You’ll feel very bad at the funeral of these guys if they fell because of being a cheapskate on safety equipment.

Why not use a gas powered earth auger
