Coming in from a really tough fight yesterday, iPhone 13 and Pixel 6 today would be the same thing, although there's a difference of one year but Pixel 5 received all the updates to polish the camera while Pixel 6 is new so although promising there could be some hiccups here and there. Outside this comparison test, Pixel 5 is the cheaper phone of the two and more pocketable while Pixel 6 has a bigger sensor twice the size of Pixel 5 and with a larger pixel density of 50 megapixel.

same same , the pixel 6 got new much more lager sensor but there is not to much difference

Thanks! What about shutter speed in dim light/indoor. Do the Pixel 6 choose faster exposure? Would like to minimize subject movement blur.
One thing I notice it took longer for Pixel 6 to capture Night Sight. It took 3 seconds for Pixel 5 and Pixel 6 maybe 4-5 seconds. I use Night Sight on all my low light shots. There's also a crosshair in Night Sight to keep your hands from shaking while taking a photo so it will help when youre shooting low light shot on Pixel 6.
Nightsight is great for static objects, but not so good when taking pictures at parties or kids running around. One reason to upgrade would be if the Pixel 6 had faster shutter speed in the same situation. Regards of P6 has a larger sensor. As for now they seem like having almost the same picture quality so speed is important. Picture EXIF info would tell if there are differences.
There were some noticeable difference, like a regular camera with bigger sensor P6 will provide a shallower depth of field and it is noticeable on my videos and when I took a picture of trees and plants. But yes, if not pixel peeping or being critical, looks almost the same. Great comment bro! 👊😉

Its not as good as the ones we have with Pixel 3 or 4... But decent. It uses the screen vibration to create sound.
I used both, the minimal price difference really just makes everyone go to pixel 6, the performance is just way better in my experience. The camera quality in snapchat and instagram is not that great in pixel 5 whilst in pixel 6 its great. The bigger sensor massively improves the low light photography i dont know what happened in ur video it was very minimal difference. But yeah you should have mentioned the instant photo processing on pixel 6 and the slow one on pixel 5. But if you are doing daylight photography you don't need to really upgrade, but the price difference between them is minimal so might as well

Have any heating issue in pixel 5 phone
I bought Pixel 6 pro, selfie camera in low light conditions is very bad, why no one talking about it.
I think on one of my video, I talked about it. Samsung S10+ vs Pixel 6 I think... image is grainy and soft.
All Smartphones from 2018/19 are dont worth an upgrade.

I have both P5 & P6. When talk about colors I do agree P5 have more punchy colors but mostly on the red color only or maybe blue also. I compare them side by side & I notice that green/yellow are sometimes more punchy in P6. Brown are the same. I think it depends on the colors. Night photos P6 yellow & red are more punchy.
Can you say something about the battery life of the Pixel 6? I have a Pixel 6 and I don't think the battery life is very good

I just can't decide which one to take. Sure the 6 is the more modern phone, but it is almost too big and heavy.
If size matters then Pixel 5 is still a great choice. Samsung S22 is also small at 6.06 inch.

Coz I edit in 30fps. When you make video you cant make multiple fps in a video, thats a lie.

I'm going to go back to my 5.. crazy cuz the five is like a toy now but the six is huge and a fingerprint reader thing is a real bummer. Have it off now. Can't find one that works with a fingerprint.. Almost 2022 and I'm back to putting in pin codes.. give me most of these features in a 5 form factor. I'd pay whatever they want for it.. Could even have been a little bit bigger than the five The six. I believe if they shrunk the bezels down as small as the fives were, it would have been a manageable phone and a better size differential compared to the pro. The six itself is a big phone.. Still on the fence, i Love it minute and want to use my 5 the next lol
