Vince, I'm starting to worry about your cough and gag reflex! It's gone on too long.. I'm wondering if you caught RSV? I caught it last winter and had the same lingering effects. Took me 2 rounds of Z-packs to get rid of it. 😮
I sure would like to hear more about influencers and employment litigation. I have to ask, though, is it really that cut and dried? The trauma from an abusive parent or home is going to last forever, and if it was physical abuse, yeah, it's generally going to be worse than mental abuse. That's no excuse for an employer to allow toxicity in the office.

Why did my lawyer not tell me about the settlement offer from the opposing council until over a month after it was given to him? He only told me about it after his paralegal slipped up and told me about and provided copies of 2 pictures provided by the defense attorney that my attorney had been and was withholding from me, I asked him directly if he had any pictures from them yet. He told me no.
This is a good question I’d like to see answered. Maybe he’s trying to get you a better offer?
What about for the people who use social media under a pseudonym? I reckon it would be easy to lie if asked and delete your account if going thru a litigation process
What about the spouse? Can they use any of their posts?
