@researcher3981 to be fair, NOBODY could beat Buddy for the cash... not Efren, not Archer or Sigel... hell the only one maybe is Earl because prime Earl Strickland you wouldn't have a chance to get at the table. There's no error or getting careless like Rodney did a few times.. Prime Earl was a MACHINE... also note everyone DID bet cash on Buddy vs Efren and Buddy won. The story is told by some old school pool players/hustlers.
@@godjhaka If no one could beat Buddy for the cash, how come he didn't win every tournament he entered? Weren't they playing for the cash and the tournament?
@@omahabigbill2789 u dont much about pool do u when u pay a entry fee say 100 thats all u can lose not a lot of pressure but u put up 20000 dollars of your own money the pressure is overwhelming buddy had nerves of steel anyone will tell u im right
Both made mistakes and both played pretty good and Neither really made balls on break. Rodney played a little better and won. Maxing how sometimes you can play better than your opponent but they bust a 9 or a few slops and win even tho the other played better but that’s pool.
I missed the days when ESPN would show pool on television… it’s a shame. The only media outlet is TH-cam for pro billiards now. But yet ESPN show high school football cornhole tossing frisbee. Basically sports that you do while drinking at a barbecue. And if breakdancing is an Olympic sport, why the hell isn’t pro pool playing snooker billiards?
I like Buddy's game but not his demeanor at the table and pouting like a 5 year old met him and watched him play in Nashville couple times he would complain about people that were not even in his line of sight

It amazes me watching these videos, how Incardona can question anything Buddy does, considering that he never could beat Buddy for the cash!
It's amazing to me how he likes to hear his own voice!!
in his prime nobody could beat him for big money he busted efren and him backer
