now a days pu foam is used for sofa and mattress also for different industries due to its light weight and durability nature.pu foam take place for cotton and latex dunlopil mattress due to light weight and high air circulation HR foam is foam with bouceback and elasticity in nature thats why this foam highly use in mattress and sofa its a substitute foam of natural latex.so if you like bouceback foam than this foam is ideal for you.
memory foam is a foam which takes shape.its invented by NASA in 1970 for astonuts helmet and other things.now a days memory foam is highly use in mattress industry for mattress and sofa.its great foam but air circulation is low as compared to other foam.
soft foam is highly use in sofa as well as mattress for comfort layer so its a good chose for medium soft mattress and sofa lovers.

Please tell which type of foam will be best for teak wood sofa for hard feeling on base and medium soft feeling at back rest. U can suggest combination also with density.
Use 40 density PU foam as a base.
Back side 32 density PU foam plus 1inch soft foam.

Hi, i want make a 3 seater sofa, so i was given three options, One is 40 density HR Foam 4 inch, Second is 50 density HR Foam 4 inch, Third is 3 inch 40 density HR foam and 2 inch soft foam on top. I have checked putting pen in foam and it went through a hole. I don't know if they are providing quality materials or not. Kindly assist. Between these three which one is best one.

Base foam bonded 4inch hard and top of it 1inch soft foam best. My mother also use this. One side firm and other side of mattress medium soft. But take demo of mattress to mother than buy.
Sir, I have have a L shape sofa cum bed which we use as bed at night. During the day due to the constant use at a particular section (Bend section of the L shape) the bottom of the sofa has become depressed compared to other sections. Therefore when using it as a bed, the Head or the Torso side feels to be at an decline compared to the other sections (thigh). The sofa has removable mattress sections which has the hard bonded foam 3 inch thick with around 1 inch soft foam (yellow).
Due to the unevenness of the mattress section the user gets back pain issues.
I don't want to change the full mattress section which is depressed. Can we place a 1.5inch sheet of foam on the depressed section? This sheet will be removed during the day time when we use it for sitting only.?
What type of foam is suitable for this?

Air filter foam name is reticulated foam.reticulated foam have large cell structure compare to any other normal foam.
You can use any type of foam for making air filter but PU foam is best

Special for bike is moulded foam but u can use PU foam 40 density and top of it thick layer of memory foam. But sheet cover should be strachable u can't use PU leather if use memory foam. Its ideal for long ride. Memory helps u for proper blood circulation.

my father is 89 yrs old. weight 55 kgs. I want to make a dual comfort 5 inch thick mattress. Am thinking of 3" 40 density HR foam and 2" 32 density HR foam. Is this correct in terms of comfort and support? Not using Bonded foam as mattress thickness will increase.
