How to make foam mattress at home?
It's easy to make mattress at home just you have to buy open foam sheet from market as per your need.
Usualy base of mattress 4inch PU foam or HR foam or Bonded foam and top of it you can add 1 inch or 2inch soft foam or memory foam on it.
You can buy this foams from market and make mattress at home.
On foam you can use cotton filled quilt cover and top of this cover
For gumming you need SR 707 fevicol is best .
On foam you can use cotton filled quilt cover and top of this cover you can use normal cotton cover for easy to clean and maintain. (zip cover )
In this video we show you a practical demo of how to make foam mattress at home you need 1 or 1.5 hours to make it complite.
It's cheap in price and also durable so select good quality brand foam for making mattress.
some of good foam brands are Sleepwell,Springwell,Duroflex,Kurlon etc
you can buy this foams from Mattress store,Furnishing store or Sofa store .few handloom store also have foam so you can buy from there also.
you can add foam layers as per your feel required like
2inch soft foam plus 4 inch HR faom
1inch memory foam or soft foam plus 1 inch 32 density HR foam plus 4inch 40 density HR foam.
if your weight is more than 85kg than use 4 or 5 inch bonded foam as a base and add 1 or 2 inch soft foam or HR foam on it.
you can cut foam as per your bed size with use of knife like tools.

I’m planning to make a mattress with below specifications
1. Memory foam 1”
2. Soft foam 1” with 50 density
3. Bonded foam 4” 100 density
4. Soft foam 1” 40 density
Size 72/78 and both side quilting
My weight 65 kg & age 35. I have lower back pain and I want to use the mattress both side by flip it every alternate month to maintain the balance.

Your are doing wonderful job of educating and making people aware of the different types of mattresses available and what to choose between them.
My age 36 years weighs 84 KG and my wife age 33 years weighs 55 kg we both are facing severe lower back pain issues for the last 4 or 5 years. We had tried Sleepweel pocket spring mattress which was a blunder and right now using locally made cotton mattresses but still, this is of no use as we both facing the issue of lower back pain.
We have a bed size of 72 X 78 inches. Our daughter age 6 years weighs 21 kg also shares the bed with us. It will be very helpful if you please guide us in choosing a mattress either branded or locally (Vadodara) made along with tentative price.

@@furnishingbro Sir, Someone suggested me that Bonded foam must be used in Ortho mattress, as I have Cervical and Lower Back issue, Is bonded beneficial for me? or 1st number combination which have HR foam also same effective for Cervical and Lower back issue and also 1st number combination have 1" inch cool gel memory, in one video you told that Memory foam is not suggested for Ortho purpose mattress, Is Memory foam good for me? Suggest and clear all doubts as per my issues, weight and age?
Sir u are young and your weight is not more that's why I suggest 1st combination. If ur weigh more than 70kg than u need bonded foam base other wise 40 density HR enough firm for u. 1inch memory on latex helps u for cervical pain. (If only lower back than I will not suggest memory.) use memory on top than natural latex. (As per ur weight u can use memory only 1inch or less if possible than use 15mm memory)
