    This supply shortage and Market adjustment is Crap...Im an Auto Broker and I can honestly say Dont play into their Stupid Games. Dealers before had Cash and Bonus Hold Backs, now they just added Inventory to that.

    Good luck getting an Toyota at a good price. I bought a 2023 Tacoma (electric lime color) (manual) for $36,500 + all the other fees in last November about 100 miles north of me. Last week i was offered $43K for it by my local Toyota dealership. Better return than the stock market. This is the first time i have bought ANY vehicle and it went up in value!! Buy a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge and see what happens, lol!!

    I just called my local dealer and they got a Lunar Rock 4R ORP coming in next week, no mark up. Same dealer that sold me my 21 Tundra SR5 at MSRP no doc fee. I’ll be taking delivery of the LR 4R @ $48,484 MSRP. Seems like guys in the southern states and west coast are having issues with dealers doing major markups and sold out inventory.
    I’m located in Michigan and we don’t have many dealers doing markups. But these dealers don’t sell out of state. I also picked up my 22 lime rush 4R TRD Pro at MSRP for $53,500. Funny thing is two months later Toyota raised their MSRP to $55,600.

      @andyo.593 Low 4Runner inventory is one of the issues here on SoCal. Some dealers have one or two some have none. Most of the dealers do have inventory in transit and some of those vehicles are pre-sold. The other issue is markups. Some dealers markup (especially the higher trim levels) and some do not.
      Like that you have LR ORP inbound AND a TRD Pro! both at MSRP! 2X everything!! 😁 Thank you. 👍

      @fahadkamran Yes, Houston has been mentioned as overpriced. There are Toyota dealerships that sell at or below MSRP.

    I've been up and down the east coast for weeks at multiple dealers, lots are full, prices are discounted and dealers are struggling to make sales.

      @nickvin Good to know on the east coast. That's the first I have heard where lots are full and prices are discounted. Appreciate it. 👍

    Longo Toyota, you’ll have to wait but at least no markups or silly games.

    Are you at one of those Toyota dealerships that I saw on the news who were able to bake the dealership markups into the window sticker so it doesn't look like a dealer markup?

    • @campingina4wd
      @campingina4wd  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @foxtrotwolf The MSRP window sticker looked correct for this 4Runner. There were appx 2k in factory options added to the Base MSRP.

    I was just at my local dealership here in KC for service.. absolutely nothing on the lot, all used vehicles. Everything coming in is already sold. Wierd times we're in!

      @ampalxsportlb Same here! Couple of years ago 4Runners and Tacomas were lined up at the Toyota dealerships. Now, the lots are at least 50 percent empty of all Toyotas. Where are the new Tacomas and 4Runners? 😁
