Air Filter Replacement - Holden Captiva LTZ 2.2 Diesel

Hi, can you show to replace O2 sensor, advising locations/positions of them (pre-cat (Upstream) and post-cat (downstream) ones for Captiva 2014 or so?
And I tried to locate my Captiva 2014 paint code all around the car, in engine bay but can't find it. Please help advise.

You don't just change em regularly, they are self cleaning, they cost shit loads and only change em when they r completely stuffed
