I just got one of these detectors. Any good finds with the 300? Heard it doesn’t pick up gold.

I've never seen a detector that doesn't pick up gold. My guess is there isn't any gold where you are...(usually isn't any wherever I am!)...But I've had lots of fantastic finds with it over the years!
