The instructions were not on par with their video quality. I couldn't get the lock to work cause the rod they provide i cut incorrectly. I followed the instruction instructions which lacked clarity. I reached out to SafeTech and spoke to a technician who said he would ship two rods. They never came and the tech would not return my calls. In concept, great product, but lacking customer service.
