I really didn't have a plan going into this cake design so this is what I came up with. I wanted to give up on the middle tier, but I pushed through. 😂
What color should I use next?

This is stunning! 😍. However, if it was me, I wouldn't have done the buttercream swirls on top. I would have left it flat, for a more elegant look and/or added a statue or words depending on what holiday/occasion the cake was being used to celebrate.
Flavor for a pink cake -- Pink Lemonade comes to mind.
For next color, you've done black and gold, how about black and silver or black and red.
