Many years ago when I was in school, I got a D in my Home Makers Class. (Could not sew if my life depended on it) I made one of Mary’s pillows the other day and was darn proud of myself. It turned out great! 🤣🤣🤣

Everything is beautiful, Mary. You have such an eye for what could be. Thanks for the Twinkle segment. I'm always looking for interactive toys for my cat as she's only 1 and has SO MUCH energy. She's an indoor city kitty and I'm always on the hunt for toys that move independently of her or give some kind of reaction when she touches them.
Flower design on the glass jars, was everywhere! My sister bought us a set of dishes with them on. We were poor and had a newborn so I remember the year. 1985 🥰😍🤣

I’ve been going to my local hardware store for years and notice “Do It Best” paint, I nearly shouted to my husband and said, my friend Mary uses this brand!!! Of course grab me a can for my project. Painting my dining table and chairs.

I swear I didn’t even know there was a picture in the front of that cabinet. Had to go back and check. The white paint made it pop. Love all these renovations. Every single one was beautiful! You are truly an artist!

Wow to all of your magic fixes but the white pitcher looks great. A cat adopted us and since he was half grown and very thin he had been living off birds. When I realized he was here to stay I gave up my bird feeders because it felt like I was using them as bait for him. Because it was summer I knew they would find somewhere else to eat but I was really sad because they gave me such joy.
Cutting board is a picture display and serves as a cutting board, I love it! Also love the cabinet makeover came out so cute!!!🌸
A cat's instinct to hunt or not, will not be determined by a toy. Hope this helps anyone that would hesitate to get "bird" toy. Actually the more toys they have may even take the boredom out of your kitty, just a personal thought, no scientific evidence...lol

My cats favorite toy was the ring you tear off some gallon jugs to open them. 😂 they'd come running when they heard it. When I moved I found a million of them behind furniture. 😆

The little white cabinet is my favorite! I put mineral oil on my cutting board, and It makes it more durable, and darkens it to.

That black wire is steel bailing wire...its available at mist hardware stores...I love it and use it a lot.
You could probably take it the hardware store and they might be able to give you the size/specs to it..just an idea they may be able to give the brand..good luck..tyfs loved it all

Hi Mary, I ENJOY everything you present. I have not been an actively engaged trash to treasure person, but now I have done one project: I transformed an empty Clorox wipescontainer into a little trash bin to have in my car. I was using the wipes at gas pumps. I cut out the wipes dispensing plastic bit, removed the Clorox label. cleaned it, added the word "trash" as a decal. Looks super. Thanks for inspiring me.

My cat was actually watching your cat play while I was watching the video. I sometimes put a video for cats with birds, (yes they actually have videos for cats on TH-cam), on my iPad so my cat can watch them. Plus I enjoy the sound. Especially in winter. My daughter has parakeets and she plays videos of parakeets for them. They start chirping like crazy.
The "bird"! I bought it...it's the1st toy my cat has had interest in.
