    This is a really good and well put together review. With the quality of the edits and the seamless narration I would’ve expected 30-100k views. Keep up the good work it’s only a matter of time.

    This was useful as I have a 12 Pro Max. I have been happily using the native lens but portrait mode with fake bokeh has limitations. You can’t get full body portraits and there is massive shutter lag so no good for event photography. So having optical bokeh in those limited situations is appealing.

    I've been interested in adding an anamorphic Len's for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Glued to TH-cam for almost 2/52 .... this video has explained so so much and has guided me to settle for a "Moments" set 🆙.
    Very informative so big thanks 🙏
    I've just subscribed and given 👍
    Also occasionally take Timelapse so the Moment app (which took me a bit to get used to) has the ability to utilise the DJI OM 4 ✅😜

      I'm glad the video helped! I'm working on a video of the Moment Pro Camera App too so stay on the look out for that. Thanks for the sub!!

    Which lens would be great for takings of sports, like my daughter plays softball and wasn’t sure what lens to buy ? Thanks

    • @photoswithphones
      @photoswithphones  ปีที่แล้ว

      Annica - great question. The answer is dependent upon a few different things. Are you shooting from directly behind the catcher, or are you shooting from next to the dugout? Also, are you trying to focus on the entire field of play, or just your daughter?
      I would say if you're trying to capture the whole field from behind the catcher, then the 18mm Wide Lens is probably your best best. On the other hand, if you're shooting from the side of the action with a focus on your daughter, then the 58mm Tele Lens is your best bet. You can always remove the lens and/or attach the lens to other phone cameras if you have a multi-lens set-up depending upon the scenario. I do recommend a tripod too if you decide to go with the 58mm as the additional optical zoom makes an camera shake from holding the phone more pronounced.
      I hope this helps!

    Can the Moondog (MCFM v2A) MULTI-CAMERA FILTER MOUNT V2 be usable on a Litechaser Pro for iPhone 13Pro? Also can it be used in a Moment Case or Small Rig cage for iPhone 13Pro? in other word is the MCFM v2A) MULTI-CAMERA FILTER MOUNT V2 compatible to iPhone 13Pro?

      Abel - interesting question. Sorry for the delayed response. I haven't used anything from Moondog or PolarPro so I can't answer your question from experience. Based on my reading on the product pages it is all compatible.

    Hi.. I need your help plz.
    I wanna buy a lens for iphn 11.. for regular use and travel or some portraits.. which one should I buy? Wide or tele? Please

    • @photoswithphones
      @photoswithphones  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For travel I'd recommend the wide or fisheye and for portraits I'd recommend the tele. A little more specifically, what sort of content are you looking to create?

    • @Noname-fk8nc
      @Noname-fk8nc 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      To be very honest I just want good resolution pictures! For some portraits, or group pictures, couple pictures, some good places pictures!
      Bcz this month I’m going to my vacation, so I need a good lense! I already see a a lot of reviews and I got so so confused about wide and tele 😑

    Hi 👋
    I’ve purchased the wide 18mm lens but when mounting with the moment case it showed black corners within frame. Did I mount it incorrectly?

    • @photoswithphones
      @photoswithphones  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh no! I've never personally had that issue. What phone do you have? Do you have the m series case?

    • @cynthiathuyngan7148
      @cynthiathuyngan7148 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@photoswithphones Thanks for the quick respond! I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max with the M-series case. I retried again, and it worked!!!Turned out I didn’t turn the lens all the way 90 degrees…I only turned till it stopped but I guess it needed to be turn completely all the way.

    Hai, Which is the best focal length lens for mobile portrait photography If the object (consider a dog) is under 50ft distance.

    • @photoswithphones
      @photoswithphones  ปีที่แล้ว

      Anil - great question. You want the 58mm Tele Lens. I've used it on my dog on hikes, on birds flying over a river, and on portraits of people. You'll be able to mount the 2x optical zoom lens on your iPhone's wide and tele cameras too. I hope this helps!!

    • @photoswithphones

      I like the 14mm fisheye for talking to the camera (TH-cam and travel videos) and the 58mm for food stuff. I hope this helps!!

    None of their lenses are designed as tele-lenses. They create different effects for portrait or real estate work. They fall apart of you’re trying to shoot something a quarter mile away because the phone itself, even the 14 Pro can’t handle that.

    • @photoswithphones
      @photoswithphones  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting points. How would you define a tele lens? As far as I'm concerned if the lens increases depth of field and optical zoom while creating a bokeh effect then it's a tele lens...
