- I checked out all the 6th job skills on stream the other day. I can't believe 6th job is actually coming out for Maplestory! So much hype, and the skills look insane. I hope you guys are excited for this updated. It's coming out in KMS Summer 2023 and we should expect to see it in GMS Winter 2023.

Imagine the lag thats going to be in boss party when its time to burst
much like the other flashy skills, pretty sure theres an option to turn it off lol. So in the end, it just comes down to the effect they give

Maybe it will function as the ark cutscene skill which I don’t think causes that much mess
Those powerful skills have a 1 minute cool time for party sharing. The computer doesn't explode because several people use it at the same time. And the individual cool time is 6 minutes, so if you play party, you have to use one person in rotation every minute.
The coolest part is that the main skills get better animations with the passives at 6th job, if you look closely, the mobbing/bossing skills are bigger and newer.
yess! I heard that some of our main 4th job attacking skills gets revamped with 6th job. The hurricane is amazinggg!
Yeah I was so disappointed when our main attacks weren’t replaced in 5th job but I’m totally fine with a more “powerful” reskin with this new job update

As soon as I saw the 6th job announcement during the stream I was WAITING for you to make a video on it. Just recently got my girlfriend into Maple with me and Im very excited to see future 6th Job Daboki action!

I wonder if they will revamp the Resistance class since they did revamp Explorer and Cygnus. Battle Mage skills still look old.
Some add-ons to past job skills and a cutscene that does damage. What kind of job advancement is that?
Maybe more than 5th job? That was a bit disappointing, though some of those animations do look pretty cool

in my opinion , when it comes to Gms after few months, then there maybe 6th kanna, hayato and jet skills included

I'm very happy to see Dual Blade's phantom change under the 6th job effects of enhancing properties and appearances of 4th and below skills. I got my old pre-destiny look. So happy

Yeah.. I'm hoping the effect of the skill will be pretty good.. but the skill it self was kind of lack luster. Like I saw the pulse of trifling arrows come out, but we will see

So I saw in their notes that we can combined key strokes now for skills.. So like key + number will count as a new skill not really sure the full details on it

Those are non KMS classes so they will be showcased when their respective servers are ready to release them

Those classes aren't in KMS so they wouldn't be showcased at the KMS event
Some of them can be changed in better sense

BT, Hayato, and Kanna are worked on by a different team so we'll probably see theirs later
this is a showcase for KMS. Beast tamer, Hayato and Kanna don't exist in KMS. Pretty sure the GMS showcase will have them.

Altho to be fair I haven’t played in 2 years, I kinda wanna come back but do I wanna put the time in :/
ya fam. Just look at an icog scrolling session to get a taste of what regular server is like. Then realize that that is only the scrolling portion, there is the startforcing (sf) portion and potentialing (pot) portion and bonus potentialling (bpot) portion and the additional stats (flame) portion and finally links, legions, inner ability, symbols, node stones, and the endless grind that's all.
Sure if you come to reboot you can skip the scrolling, hammering, bpotting, and have an easier access to mesos with which you can buy cubes and starforce your gear... But reboot progress is basically... locked to the character you play on.
After two months of progress you will finally have a character that can earn back the mesos you poured into it and allow you to fund a character with the boosted bossing money that is unique to reboot. But until then, you will be in limbo, unable to grind efficiently, unable to do any meaningful bosses and logging on for for that +100m +10% exp +30 symbols everyday, grinding for 30m.
Then an SF event rolls around, you get lucky and your bossing goes up a tier and now you are in the lotus damien stage. You are too weak to actually contribute but investing anymore into your current gear is a waste of time considering you are going to replace it soon. So again you are in limbo, using your newly found strength to again amass wealth so that you can splurge on the next event...
Anyways, im on cycle six or seven of that hellish samsara. lmk if you wanna come to na reboot. I might help you with cra a bit. Just enough that you should be able to get a clear and some progress, but enough to torture you.
They give us hyperburning to 260, cut 200-260 exp in half and buff daillies so 6th is not that hard when newage come
