Didn’t hate any part. Actually laughed through the whole thing! Favorite part was definitely the interaction with Troy! He’s hilarious. He and Bob Vu had me cracking up when I chatted with them that day.
I’ve only gone to one show: it was in 2004 in San Diego where I live and I got a corn snake. Then life happened (many losses). I eventually had to rehome my snake because I had to move (a co-worker took him and they had him until he passed 6 years later). Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a place to live that took reptiles. My health and mobility went downhill, so now I enjoy watching the shows on TH-cam and living vicariously through people like you. Very entertaining video BTW. You were having so much fun 😊Greetings from a 70 years young snake lady (in the 70s I had around 14 snakes 🐍)
Ive been going to reptile shows since like 2013/2014. At least 1 show a year, but up to like 5 or 6 in one year. I go because I LOVE all animals, and seeing all the new cool things people are creating! Also I love bringing people for their first time, its almost better than going on my own! I love seeing other people excited about 'creepy" things like I am!
No funds to get to a show. Also, I had no idea I had been paying so much for mice for my snake and that Cold Blooded Cafe was cheaper!!!! I'm so mad I've been paying more. lol Thanks for encouraging me to check it out!
I have only been to one show, and it was an animal show, not just reptiles. (About 10 years ago) Every year I dream of going to one again. But my problem is social anxiety, and not having a supportive social group that are excited about animals/reptiles the way I am.
I’ve been to 3 shows in the past year and brought at least one snake each time. I work in veterinary medicine and I have lots of coworkers who don’t go to shows because of biosecurity concerns and/or sensitivity to the amount of stress the animals are under for the entirety of the show (bright lights, no hides, more handing than normal, etc). I think all their concerns are valid, but there are at least precautions you can use to make sure you are not carrying disease to and from the show.
No way u caught Emily from Snake Discovery!! We have Repticon coming next weekend here in central NC…My wife hates it when they in town, because i tend to pop up with a new BP 🐍
I have a hard time with crowds, so herping is still my go-to. And the thrill of finding reptiles in the wild is a different feeling as well. Idk, but smaller crowds with more exotic and / or venomous reptiles would entice me more, I think.
I have not been to a reptile show because I have been sleeping for a 100 years and before that the only reptile shows were the freak shows in carnivals.
Yes feeders are one of the main reasons I go. Obviously rodentpro has great prices but for smaller stuff or smaller purchases it's worth it to go to the shows. Plus usually you find good deals on animals.
I've only been to one reptile show so far. Mostly it's a question of time and money. They don't seem to happen where I'm at so I'd have to travel and that's not always practical. Sad that there were no rainbow boa at the one I went to though. That's a snake I'd love to see in person and talk to a breeder about in person.
I want to go but am worried about having to walk for long distances. I'm not quite ready for an electric wheelchair, but they don't let you use an electric scooter. They should!
I live in the UK and the expos held over here are just a bit too far away to justify going. If I knew I was going to pick up a particular animal then for sure I’d go, but for the travel time and arranging animal care, it’s just not worth it to me. They’re also not quite the same scale as the ones you guys have overseas.
I am subscribed. Brian’s content is great so please subscribe ❤. I do think it would have been funnier if you tripped and ended up IN the foundation but I understand it is bad for a T-Dog to get wet 😂
Awesome vlog! Who was that really handsome camera man? Thank brother!
You!
You did a fabulous job camera man. 😊✌🏼 thanks.
I’ve only physically gone to three exotic shows, but I LURVE going to shows with all my favorite YT creators! It’s so easy on my bad knees. 💜

Those guys are so awesome
Primarily because I am an absolute sucker when it comes to impulse control and I know I'd want to buy all sorts...
Ah yes indeed

I hear that
Aww ! Reminds me of my false chameleon Groot he hangs out on me most of the day if I will let him I had him since he was 6 weeks old . He is 4 now
Haven't been to a show yet... mostly because of location - Haven't heard of many near me in Oregon :-(
There are a couple shows in Oregon that I'm aware of. What's your area?

The reason why I've never been to a reptile show is.... bc there's next to none in germany, especially not near my place xD
I'm nervous we will go home with a snake if we go to a reptile show. Lol
🤪😝

Maybe someone could buy you one of those caps with the snake on them for Christmas? 😊✌🏼

I was unsubscribed of vorgot to so i subscrabed again❤
Haha Love your videos Brian. You're just awesome... not Dav Kaufman. Haha
I've only been to 1 because they shut the one down in my town and twice I've bought tickets and hurricanes shut em down
I have always wanted to go to a show but circumstances have always made it impossible
Dang, gotta change them circumstances!
I want to go but am worried about having to walk for long distances. I'm not quite ready for an electric wheelchair, but they don't let you use an electric scooter. They should!
