As someone who was there, Chaka was definitely not quiet but she was very cute and very much a baby and we loved it! We waited in line for 3-4 hours and we were one of the first 100 people! The line was so long but so worth it
Every single time I see the snake discovery line filled with so many kids and families.. it warms my black little heart. I absolutely love these people and everything they do.
Thank you guys for being gracious with us when we interrupted your dinner on Sunday!! You guys were the main reason we went to NARBC and were just so excited to say hello, and we apparently kept missing each other at the show! ❤️
And the St. Louis aquarium itself, I love it and I also love how it's not huge, but enough animals and like an hour of exhibits! Definitely went for high quality enclosures over having a ton of enclosures
My 6 year old son picked out the mystery turtle hatching video from a year ago so we watched our first snake discovery video together today! I've been watching since before he was born so it was pretty awesome he loved it so much 💗
PHILL ❤ 🤩 seems to be a lot more at ease to speaking on camera which is awesome! He's such a great guy and deserves some camera time for all he does. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💛💚❤️
It is PHENOMINAL with hot chocolate! It's one of my favorites as well. It has become harder for me to purchase since my hubby passed and income plummeted.
Woah 4-5 hours waiting in line?! Little kid me would not have been down for that lol. Even adult me is not a fan of long waits 😅 That’s some serious dedication! 😮
Yeah I had to ditch early because of that, 3 hours with just my phone and friend, I just couldn't... I really do love them but Ed happened to come down the line so I met him and just had to leave... Next time I'll bring my sketchbook 🤣 I thought it was gonna be an hour..
I was in Schaumberg and Dallas this year. Both times, I waited a little over 4 hours. Working retail for years unlocked the ability to stand and zone out for long hours.
My fiancé and I got in this show before 10, and it was probably 2-3 when we left after meeting Emily. I have lower back and leg issues, so standing that long really took a toll on me. The lady next to us in line was awesome, tho. Made it more bearable
I’ll grab a calendar on the 9th of December while I’m in the Cities for a doctors appointment. Radd the Russian tortoise and Slow Moe the Sulcate who I adopted from you guys are both doing great.
That scream of terror from Chaka when you put the cape on her 😂 I'm glad that she's getting exposed to so many new things! She'll be nice and socialized before long!
Wow, it’s awesome that people love you guys so much that they wait four hours to meet you! I know I’ve internally fan-girled every time I’ve seen you in the store and at events, especially since you still remember the baby hognose I got from you! 🥰🧡 and OMG THE PUPPY 🥺🥺🥺
10:56 ah a friend of mine was also stolen by that puppy, she didn't wanna get off their lap AT ALL! She even fell asleep! Small note btw for the show, I had to ditch it early because me and my friend just were struggling having already been in line for 3 hours and then only being halfway to the booth and unable to even get to the merch, so it might be a good idea to have the little tickets to stay in line but go around the show still, we managed because a fam member held our spot while we went but I definitely didn't bring enough to keep myself from going insane in line 🤣 It was still a good show, but the line was the kicker...
I was surprised to see they didn’t have the toys and entertainment they had at a previous show, given that, you know…. The lines weren’t likely to be shorter here!
Hello Ed and Emily! Saw you at the show, I had the MBK with questions about lighting. It was so nice to meet you in person. Thanks again for all the work you. The snake is officially named Obsidian, and she's doing amazing 😊 hope to see you again next year!
I was there, and I was talking to Ed and Phil since we didn't have enough time to talk to Emily and I SEVERELY apologize if I ended up making a fool of myself out of my own anxiety giving you my resume. But I do genuinely want to make my own Reptile Rescue Center for missouri and if you haven't thrown those papers away that I've given you, pls feel free to do as you please with them!
Definitely showing up earlier next year! And wearing something more comfy to stand in line lol. I also wanted so bad to take home Fluttershy, but I just didn't have the means to. Hoping next year I'll be able to adopt! Also, shoutout to the lady in line in front of me. I sadly forgot your name (I'm so bad with names), but we talked about dogs and your Russian Ratsnake, and your friend stopped by and was also lovely to talk to! Would love to reconnect sometime!
I always call them chocolate covered coffee beans before I eat them, then after, when hyper, I mess up so they become coffee covered chocolate beans lol.
Hello Emily, I watched your video about great beginner snakes. And I was wondering if you could do a similar video for beginner friendly Lizards and Geckos?
I’d say crested geckos and leopard geckos are easy first pets for geckos :> I have both , and they are really easy to take care of :D! u can look up some care guides or ask me by the way if u want to know more about it :3
I would love a video of Ed and Emily running around doing some Geocaches. I think it would be hilarious! 😂 I know it's not snake related, but if they can find pickle jars..
16:30 - well dang! Seeing an albino quakka in a diaper at a reptile breeding conference would surprise me too! :O Updte - might be a wallaby... hard to tell with albino fur pattern. Still!
I loves y'all's videos I'm so glad that you all went to the show just a little reminder you guys are getting older so you will start to slow down a little bit.
I freely admit I not interested in owning a reptile at all, but between you and Clint I understand and fully support and understand the appeal.
That is what I said years ago…now I own 2 😊
I wanna own a bird “a owl”
Neither was I. Now I have three snakes, two of whom are from Snake Discovery!
Phill is adorable. Hes so sweet and it melted my heart a little bit when he was clearly so so happy about getting goodies!
I love that the wrap on the Snake Discovery Mobile covers the roof. That's real commitment. ❤

"I bet Rex would love a puppy"
--my dad
Oh no that's horrible :O XD
Not a minute in:
Emily *monotone* :“Ed found a dead bird.”
Just the normal chaos when we click on one of their videos😂
Those green forest dragons are so cute!! And I think Intrinsically Ectothermic might win for coolest business name in the hobby!😅
Thank you guys for being gracious with us when we interrupted your dinner on Sunday!! You guys were the main reason we went to NARBC and were just so excited to say hello, and we apparently kept missing each other at the show! ❤️
Next time you visit St. Louis, visit the city museum. It has a lot of stuff including an aquarium, a pinball room, and a ferris wheel on the roof
I've been watching since before he was born so it was pretty awesome he loved it so much 💗
I'm so pleased that people brought in goodies for Phill. He's an unsung hero at Snake Discovery 🐍
PHILL ❤ 🤩 seems to be a lot more at ease to speaking on camera which is awesome! He's such a great guy and deserves some camera time for all he does. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💛💚❤️
Chaka channelled Edna Mode on that screech XD Also so glad to see Phill getting some love
No capes!
ED! you may have better taste than i do, But the adult juice called "Skrewball" is my favorite drink! Props to the person who passed that to you.
😊😊l
It is PHENOMINAL with hot chocolate! It's one of my favorites as well. It has become harder for me to purchase since my hubby passed and income plummeted.
@ I’m am sorry to hear that. I will pour one out for you and your hubby.
cant believe the line was so long they stuck you by the toilets xD
Relieved to see you guys bought locked displays for the adoptables
Always glad to see these types of videos! Love to see people going to NARBC!
Someday I NEED to make it to one of these shows from Canada. ❤
Phill is such an MVP - he’s bloody amazing ❤❤❤❤ he has an Aussie fan right here x
4 brothers mead is awesome!! i like mixing the sap and the blackberry ones together about half and half
Well the Green Forest Dragon guys are sure to sell out now. Those looked awesome.
So you came home with 2 critters, lol! You two are absolutely slaying life. Blessings!
The return of RANDY!!!! It always so nice to see positive videos like this. ❤ did you guys end up putting a camera up for you’re little stall?
We love Phill! Love seeing him in the video!
That cut was SMOOOOTH
The green forest dragon is so cool!!! 😍💚💙
Drone shots look sick!
Woah 4-5 hours waiting in line?! Little kid me would not have been down for that lol. Even adult me is not a fan of long waits 😅 That’s some serious dedication! 😮

Yaaas!
0:48 I see you guys remembered your tripod this time! 😁
Great work y’all! I hope you come back to Southern California. I’d be at the expo for sure.
I’ll grab a calendar on the 9th of December while I’m in the Cities for a doctors appointment. Radd the Russian tortoise and Slow Moe the Sulcate who I adopted from you guys are both doing great.
19:55 HER SCREAM AWWE she does a granny scream 😭
19:56 She's like Edna Mode when it comes to capes
That was a seamless time skip transition using the calendar!
I really like how the top of the Snake Mobile is wrapped, that's real commitment.
That scream of terror from Chaka when you put the cape on her 😂 I'm glad that she's getting exposed to so many new things! She'll be nice and socialized before long!
Seeing the lines for your shows actually just makes me so jealous, lol
Grace was super sweet!
I hope Phill gets paid well. He’s a trooper to always be there to help.
Phil is so wholesome. Love you.

I miss the STL NARBC every year, I was really hoping to go this year, but that's ok! I should be able to make it out next year
That reptile bag was awesome!!!!!
I would loveeeee a video on how you are training Chaka and all the tricks and tips!
Love Mr. Phil! He rocks. What a nice guy!
I hope the fence lizard found a home! They're everywhere around my home and I love them! They're cute little lizards!
I love phill is in these convention videos. It makes me so happy seeing him in the videos!
❤ awesome as always to see you guys already planning how to one up the prize bucket again hoped you and everyone else liked the crafts and tid bits
You should stop by Snake Road in Southern Illinois next time you visit St Louis!
I feel like the theme for one of the shows at some point should be gnomes 🤣🤣
Hello Ed and Emily! Saw you at the show, I had the MBK with questions about lighting. It was so nice to meet you in person. Thanks again for all the work you. The snake is officially named Obsidian, and she's doing amazing 😊 hope to see you again next year!
I was lowkey waiting for this vid
I was there, and I was talking to Ed and Phil since we didn't have enough time to talk to Emily and I SEVERELY apologize if I ended up making a fool of myself out of my own anxiety giving you my resume. But I do genuinely want to make my own Reptile Rescue Center for missouri and if you haven't thrown those papers away that I've given you, pls feel free to do as you please with them!
Side note, I was having a bit of an anxiety attack because it was my first reptile show
wow…I was there how magical, although I didn’t go up to your table I looked at your animals instead.
You both are so inspiring 🤩 thank you for your videos!! 💕
Wait wait wait I need to know about that albino joey!
Chaca (don’t know how to spell her name) was a great sport the whole time :3 loving the new bird girl!
I wish i was there it looks like so much fun.
Sending love for Phil from Australia 🇦🇺
PS please put the interesting fact back at the very end of the video!
I watch whatever you post , y’all are awesome!❤
20:59 Just in case anyone cares, that appears to be a kaprosuchus in the drawing! A very cool prehistoric crocodyliform. The drawing is beautiful too!
Cool you got a drone!
It’s crazy that I worked right off that exit for 7 years, passed it 2 times a day and never noticed the pickle jars😂😂
Ahhh! Been waiting for this!
That was me in the herp leggings at the meet and greet! So weird to see myself in one of the videos 😅
Definitely showing up earlier next year! And wearing something more comfy to stand in line lol. I also wanted so bad to take home Fluttershy, but I just didn't have the means to. Hoping next year I'll be able to adopt!

Ed with the puppy is adorbs! The puppy was cute, too. And what is that at 16:30? An albino wallaby?
Yes, I'm partial to mammals. Sorry not sorry. 😉
Hi snake discovery I've been a fan since I was six I'm ten now hope you see this and keep making awesome vids!
At least (hopefully) nothing got stolen this time!
🐍🎉 Yay new video drop!
Under 20 minutes! Love ya sd!❤❤❤
31 for me
Cutest Doxie puppy ever!
I always call them chocolate covered coffee beans before I eat them, then after, when hyper, I mess up so they become coffee covered chocolate beans lol.
That western fence lizard up for adoption is so adorable! I always love seeing those little guys out and about here in California
U guys r soooo nice especially Phil :)
Hi just saying Concord (in adoption island) isn’t a western Fence lizard! He’s actually a side blotched lizard!
I love that everyone knows Ed and Emily's snack preferences down to a science 😂
I was just craving a new Video from you guys a couple of hours ago.
Those forest lizards are like a really neat cross of a Fiji banded iguana and an emerald tree skink
22 seconds ago is crazy
😅 when I got the notification of this I was actually in the fridge grabbing a jar of Mount Olive kosher dills!
Happy thanksgiving
7 minutes earliest I’ve got for a snake discovery vid
Hello Emily, I watched your video about great beginner snakes. And I was wondering if you could do a similar video for beginner friendly Lizards and Geckos?
I’d say crested geckos and leopard geckos are easy first pets for geckos :> I have both , and they are really easy to take care of :D! u can look up some care guides or ask me by the way if u want to know more about it :3
Yeah! Snake Discovery!!!
That peanut butter juice mixes very nicely with chocolate milk
I would love a video of Ed and Emily running around doing some Geocaches. I think it would be hilarious! 😂
I know it's not snake related, but if they can find pickle jars..
To be this early for one of my all time favorite youtubers!
Criminal to be this early, but I love you guys! Sending best wishes!
I am curious to know what kind of food, goodie, or candy Phil enjoys. I would like to send a package and include something thoughtful for Phil.
yay Snake Discovery Time! !!
I wish I had half your energy Emily ❤
16:30 - well dang! Seeing an albino quakka in a diaper at a reptile breeding conference would surprise me too! :O Updte - might be a wallaby... hard to tell with albino fur pattern. Still!
Yes, it was a wallaby. Got to pet it ❤
Definitely not a quokka - those are the “happiest animal” critters that (for Americans) look like a large Pixar rodent with a big smile. 😊
You should name it...... THE SNAKEMOBILE!
😮😮😮😮IM EARLYyyy 0:18 0:19 0:19 0:20
People be like “that’s the line for the bathroom?!?”
I loves y'all's videos I'm so glad that you all went to the show just a little reminder you guys are getting older so you will start to slow down a little bit.
Yayyayayayayaya!
