At 6:40 that piece is a Lego friends piece that is supposed to be a strip of three photos from a Lego set Photo Booth. From set 41058 I think

It's nice to see that Lego QA is so top tier that so few errors and mistakes get out into the wild.
I have a chima set with a misprint on Lennox, where his legs have the paws printed a little further down than usual. I thought that was interesting.
When i got my lego tie fighter, my tie pilot had a sand green hand.
That misprinted Ashoka minifig is giving some serious side-eye. 🤣
There's a recurring issue going on right now with the Stitch set, where tons of people are getting sent two of the same eye piece instead of the distinct left and right pieces
0:15 Why not have a special thing that attaches to the lego pieces and keeps them straight. Like a metal lego head for helmets and a lego neck rod thing for heads? That way they won't misprint so much. Yeah it would be a bit costly to do that but it wouldn't be too bad since it would be one piece that fits a whole batch.
that unknown cutesy piece with the wrong side print looks like it's meant to be a photo strip that one would receive from a photo booth at a tourist attraction
Not a misprint, but my copy of the Azure Angel set came with two Assajj Ventress headpieces instead of one.

I wonce had a problem with the LEGO Parisian restaurant years ago. When i opened one of the bags, one of the large base plates too covering the floor was missing. So, I had to use plates from other sets. since I am living in Southeast Asia, I would rather use different colored plates from other sets than asking LEGO to send another one, and it’s just flooring so you couldn’t see it from the outside walls.

In the ninjago crystal king set there is a black hot dog used for the head of the giant.
In lego set 21247 or The Axolotl House in the yellow coral in the front in the instruction front it looks like there is no jumper plate but when its done there is one (its beside the dolphin in the front of the instruction)plssss answer

the only thing better then legos QC is there CS. if you report that you have one of these they will mostlikely replace it (and commonly let you keep the original)

I also got my share of instruction misprints When i brought a lego sonic set is said that those little buddy's you get would be in pack nr 2 but instead they where in pack nr 4 i panicked cuz i tought the set wasn't complete

You know what would be nice to see? Something going wrong with a non plastic piece. Be it rope, tire, hose or just a misaligned sticker sheet print.

I blame incompetent staff unable to quality control
I disagree - I don’t think it’s possible for have every single part examined thoroughly without any slipping through the cracks, just looking at the sheer number of sets they manufacture each day
And with these kinda mistakes actually being very rare, it feels like the normal margin of error for huge production lines, to me
Oh please. Hundreds of thousands of pieces going by each day, there’s bound to be atleast ONE misprint. And imagine all the misprints that kids get, and have no idea they are kinda valuable
