I finally found time this week to sit down and answer some of your questions from my previous "Work Week in My Life" video. I am still in shock by how much love and comments that video received. Although I love data science and could talk about it for hours, I want to share different passions with y'all on this channel. I will continue to make more vlog content so you can get a glimpse of my work life but I don't see myself going in-depth into the specifics of what I do at work or teach any data science content. it was nice knowing you! I wish I had this encouragement of asking some teacher or professor to assist them in some way but I ended college right now, guess I wasn't very sure what path I should take, an arch student here :) but right now is a little bit clearer and hope I find my way and finally found a field which I love
Ooh, thank you so much for sharing! I'm a comp sci undergraduate who doesn't really like Data Structures and such, which makes me feel like an impostor a lot. It's good to know I'm not alone and can still be successful in this area!
Love your persistency in getting into data science. I agree that you don't really need a Master's degree to get into DS but it's nice to have. Kudos in making it through and really getting what you want after college. :)

Bcz Economics is all about data and research. Even econ degree produces better and high rate of data scientists than comp sci.

Hii, im in my first year studying BIA, which is more or less data science + economy, and the thing that I strugle the most with is feeling like I'm lost. I also want to be an expertise, but I don't know how I can do that, I just feel like a random student. How can I sort of 'elevate' my data science knowledge???

I’m doing the MITx Data Science micromasters right now and I think that would be a good option if you don’t want to commit to a full on degree just yet!
My overall goal is to do the Harvard Extension masters in data science and the MM counts as 3 classes for it :)

noo you don't need to sorry, maybe you found the right atmophere to openly talks about what you're thinking. i'm interested in data sciences too but right now i keep struggling with my courses. guess i need more effort on this thing :D but i'm thinking to be an ios dev too :') and now i'm in my sophomore year, soo... yeah :'D it's tiring yet confusing haha
I’m studying data science. I’m in my first year and it’s little difficult to me because I don’t know anything about programming do you know a book that can help me with that?? I’m programming in c++ .

python is what you should be using for datascience not C++
I’m currently on my 6th semester and now I know how to use python and R. I think python is the most important and even learn about the mathematics behind the machine learning models 😊

Don't put getting your Masters off. The longer you wait the harder it becomes until does not happen at all. Some jobs require supervisor positions to have a Master's. No matter what you will feel better about yourself with a Masters. That is my old person's wise advice to you. Some jobs will pay your all/partial education cost if maintain B average.
Is it possible to get into any programming related job, as a near-30, almost always depressed, NEET, useless person such as myself?
