    Thanks to your easy-to-understand instructional videos, my project was about 95% successful. Unfortunately, I don't have an oscilloscope, so I can't adjust or check the Sampling etc. of IC4 and PR2 and 4011. But I can somehow feel that it is working. I don't see any unstable elements. I am very grateful for your video and your helping reply.

    Thanks, nice video. I made this Polones to, and wanted to compare it to the allot more simple Russian pirat detector. I noticed that this was a bit better and more sensitive, for example i could detect a coin at 25 cm max, and on the pirat about 20 cm (same coin). This circuit then is allot more complicated then the Pirat. But i think it is worth the extra job.

      Yes, how do I increase the sensitivity of the device, my friend

    • @SurfDetector
      @SurfDetector  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to know many things about your machine:
      What is the TX pulse width
      What is the sample delay width
      What is the Sample pulse width
      What is the coil inductance and the damping resistor values
      Did you use a real LF357 Op-amp
      There is no easy answer here, there are many factors to investigate and you really need an oscilloscope to do it properly.

      I do not know why the Polones is so popular, it is not a stable machine. Try the Mini Pulse Plus. Please subscribe.

      Hello my friend. First I must ask you, have you watched all 6 videos that I did on this project? Many people only watch the last video and miss all of the information in the other five. Here is the link to the PCB that I used, as I say in the videos, there are mistakes on this project so be careful:

    Hello, I enjoyed watching your work. I only have 2 questions.
    1- How did you adjust the trimpots? according to what? How did you set it? Can you write in detail?
    2-What is the thickness of the coil wire in mm? What is the coil diameter? How many turns did you wrap the wire?
    Thank you very much in advance for your answers. By the way, I use translation. :)
