Hei...thts true but anconeus is mostly considered part of forearm. We will discuss it over there, it just orgins from lateral epicondyle so its not neccsary to consider it muscle of arm. Still there a people nd books who follow it to be muscle of arm and there infact nthing wrng with it...but i would consider it muscle of forearm...thnk u ...gd luck
